We live in a world that "forces" us to be outwards focused and to react to what is happening "to us". Psychotherapy is the context in which we give ourselves the opportunity to focus inwards, to ask ourselves questions about how we feel, what we think, to face our fears and find out the reasons why some of our problems are part of our lives.
Fortunately, within ourselves we can also find the resources we need to functionally overcome the difficulties we encounter. This means, more precisely, discovering our own ability to find solutions, answers or explanations that will allow us to live life more beautifully, more freely, and more peacefully.

Through homework and therapeutical recommendations, a deeper understanding of yourself is ignited. Insights and revelations might arise. Power elements, stronger emotions and hidden thoughts will make themselves seen. Even if it can be sometimes uncomfortable, this functional distress is the beginning of healing.


Once your inner universe is unveiled, the power in you will be unhampered, so that solutions and decisions will more easily be seen. You will start to realize what you can do better for yourself and the ones you care for, and how you can use the therapeutic instruments in order to live a more fruitful life.


I value efficiency and independence, so all the work we will be doing will lead you on a path to autonomy and the ability to continue using all the resources I provide on your own, with confidence. Together we will find the appropriate length for the psychotherapeutic process, in order for you to be prepared to be autonomous.
